Bienvenidos Amigos. We express our appreciation to the astute [and occasionally overly opinionated] readers who make this project worth the exercise.

Due to the legal and apparent constitutional paradox in ideology, my creativity crew [which is essentially me] will reserve the right to allow your insightful responses from time to time.

We [meaning I] will arbitrarily decide which posts to allow for comments or otherwise, for very different reasons and at my own whim. It is called "moderation", and certainly not novel.
Libel and slander are applicable in the 'blogosphere', just as it is important to respect your first amendment right to free speech. Every man has a right to free and fair speech, just as much as every man deserves respect irrespective of our religious, sociocultural and personal beliefs.

I make such a pertinent and poignant decision respecting the constitutional precedent in the Supreme Court landmark ruling, New York Times V. Sullivan 1964. [Feel free to Google it]. I will however work hard to post more blogs that will explore your always edgy responses, without my interference. I like the idea of free speech within a fair range.

I appreciate your cooperation and courteously disregard your concerns in this respect. Upholding the legal parameters is a prerequisite of our social responsibility that democracy and the constitution has afforded us.
